1. Carrier Sales - Job
Basic Function :
- Ensuring end to end solutions to the Telecom Operator.
- Engaged and develop a strategic relationship between Mauj and the VAS heads of each operators.
- Work closely with Operators under each platform - WAP, SMS, & Voice and manage the following:
- Ensure GPRS Content Uploading (Wallpapers, Ringtones etc) on a weekly basis
- CRBT Content Upload & Monitoring
- Creation on Monthly Content Plans
- Plan & Execute Promotions
- Maintain Relationships with the Telecom Operator and with Various Circle Heads.
- Be in touch with Operator Technical & Content teams to resolve any technical or content.
- Achieve business targets in terms of scaling up revenues under each VAS platform along with revenue collection responsibility.
- Identify potential product enhancements and additional services opportunities.
- Assume complete P & L responsibility for each of the platform under VAS.
- Establish pricing strategies, oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.
- Establish an appropriate MIS and tracking mechanism for the specific operator.
- Track download numbers on internal & external MIS systems.
- Establish strategic alliances, oversee market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.
- Responsible for launch of new products and services and ensure the portal is updated regularly with New Products and Promotions to add value and enhance customer experience.
Requirements of position :
- At least 5 years in a business development role.
- Familiarity with Mobile Value Added Services as well as trends and the evolution of this sector.
- Experience in selling Internet/Radio/Media added plus.
- MBA/ PGDBM from a reputed institute with a focus on Business Development, Account Management and Sales .

3. Product Management (SMS/ CRBT/ WAP)
Basic Function :
- Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations in their respective Domain.
- Responsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment to End-of-Life including flow charts, features, scripting, etc.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

4. JD - Product Manager (Mobile Advertising)
Mauj Mobile is India's leading mobile VAS enabler. With a rich stake in the overall Mobile content and services consumption in India, Mauj has now forayed into Mobile Advertising by partnering with Operators as well as Off-Deck premium publishers in WAP, SMS and Voice.
Towards this, Mauj requires the services of a Product Manager who can contribute majorly to the architecture of the next generation Mobile Advertising Platform.
The role of the Product Manager is to create, enhance and define new products in the Mobile Advertising stack that create incremental revenue & bring value add to the companies objectives.
The Product Manager assesses market opportunities through discussions with TelCo's, Advertising fraternity, Internal peer reviews, User feedback and Competitive landscape and then defines product requirements in conjunction with Business Owners and Technology resources.
DUTIES
- Develop product requirements that meet business objectives. Coordinate and communicate with business, technical and operations groups to understand objectives and limitations of each group and incorporate feedback into thorough, well-written product requirements.
- Ensure that relevant parties are informed of product status, especially pertaining to the addition or removal of features, and overall product deliverables.
- Incorporate user feedback into product design and provide a user experience that is simple, easy to use and ensures rapid adaptation within the destined audience - whether TelCo or Media companies.
- Maintain excellent ongoing knowledge of competitors' various product lines, including products in development or testing. Perform market research to understand internal and external customer requirements, as well as the competitive environment as it relates to Company product plans.
- Evaluate third party products and vendors for potential partnerships and implement any chosen partners. Support business and corporate development with contract reviews, technical and market feasibility analysis.
- roduct Launch/Support: Work closely with Group Marketing to ensure smooth product launches with appropriately timed marketing campaigns. Work closely with Project Managers to ensure full technical preparation for planning and launching product testing and rollouts. Help support product development through monitoring customer feedback during testing phases and after product has been released. Gather requirements for subsequent product updates.
- Perform Product Marketing responsibilities on products when appropriate.
- Develop product roadmaps that outline the future strategy and phases for assigned products.
- Proactively identify process improvements and work to achieve consensus and drive implementation.
Requirements of position :
- 4 to 8 years experience in Mobile technology product management, including successful launch of new technology products. Internet & Advertising experience highly desirable though optional.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. MBA preferred.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Mobile Technology development process. Ability to work with Microsoft Project or similar project management tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (both technical and non-technical).
