Contest Details:

Contest is an SMS based contest where a player can stand a chance to win 2 Karizma Bike, 1 every 15 days.

Contest comprises of 3 daily questions with 3 answer options. On answering the question correctly customer stand a chance to win Karizma Bike.

Normal sms rates (Rs3/-) applicable.
To start playing customer need to send PLAY TO 57007.

Quiz will be based on simple cricket, bollywood, mythology and GK questions.

Winners shall be randomly selected form list of people answering 3 correct answers.

2 random winners will be selected on 15th & 30th day of contest (1 every 15 day) and shall be intimated over the phone.

To increase the chance of winning the bike, customer have to continue playing everyday till the contest is live.

Terms & Conditions:
 
1.  This Contest is organized by People Infocom Private Limited (Mauj) ("Organizers") and is open for Reliance Subscribers  ("Subscribers") only.
 
2.   To participate in the Contest, a Subscriber needs answer 3 questions correctly from the given options to be eligible to win  prizes. 1 Hero Honda Karizma every 15 would be given away as grand prize.
 
3.   The Contest shall be effective from 28th March.
 
4.   Wherever, a winner is required to be selected through draw due to tie, then the subscriber who has registered himself first   will be considered and in the event there is a tie on registration timing then the same shall be resolved through a random   draw.
 
5.   Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free   prize/s, shall be payable by the Winner/s of the respective prize/s. In case the Winner fails to comply with the applicable   law/s, the Organizers will be entitled to select another winner at their own discretion.
 
6.   Registration, Insurance, any other applicable taxes in respect of Hero Honda Karizma would be borne by the Winner.
 
7.   Since the grand prize is worth more than Rs. 5,000/- in value will attract deduction of tax at source @ about 30.6% as per   Section 194 B of the Income Tax Act 1961 or as may be applicable from time to time.
 
8.   The winners will be requisitioned to pay for the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) applicable for their winnings. If the winner   does not agree to comply with the said requisition and pay the TDS amount, an alternative winner who agrees to pay the   TDS will be chosen. Prior payment of the TDS to the government authority and submission of proof thereof to Organizers   shall be a condition precedent for delivery of prizes to the Winners.
 
9.   The delivery of respective prizes shall be made within 30 days from date of receipt of TDS from the winner. The winner has to   ensure that the prizes are collected within 45 days from the date of deposit of the TDS amount.
 
10.   The Prize(s) shall not be transferable/redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained by the Organizers in this behalf.
 
11.   Employees of the Organizers and/or their associate and affiliate companies/concerns will not be qualified for winning any   prizes in the Contest.
 
12.   The Organizers reserve the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest and / or the prize for the   Contest, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
