| TERMS AND CONDITIONS - "U ME AUR HUM" SMS ("Contest") |

This Contest is organized jointly by Bharti Airtel Limited (Airtel), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Reliance Telecom Ltd, BPL Mobile Services Ltd, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited, Reliance Communications India Limited and People Infocom Private Limited (Mauj) ("Organizers") and is open for all SMS subscribers of Airtel, BSNL, RTL, BPL, MTNL, RCIL ("Subscribers"). |

The subscriber will receive a push message from the operator to participate in the SMS Contest. The Subscriber has to send a keyword UMAH to 57007 and answer 4 questions based on the Film “U ME AUR HUM”. Once the keyword is sent to 57007, the subscriber will get questions one by one. Every right answer will get 10 point each. The subscriber of MTNL would be charged @ Rs. 1/- per SMS, BSNL Customer would be charged @ Rs. 1.50 and all other subscriber would be charged @ Rs. 3/- per SMS. The SMS winners (from the respective Operators) with maximum points may get a chance to win the following prizes: |

In addition to the aforesaid prizes, one Winner (SMS Subscriber) from each of the aforesaid Operators with maximum points may get a chance to meet and greet Kajol and Ajay Devgan in Mumbai. The Meet and Greet will be subject to the availability of Kajol and Ajay Devgan. |

| 4. |
The Contest shall be effective from 25th February 2008 and shall run till 5th March 2008 (both days inclusive). |
| |
| 5. |
The venue of meet and greet will be at Mumbai. The date and time of the meet and greet will be decided by the Organizers and will intimate the winners accordingly. Any request from the winners for change in date, time and venue for this Meet and Greet will not be entertained under any circumstances. |

| 6. |
The organizers shall not take any responsibility, if the date and time of the meet and greet stands postponed. The Winner for the Meet and Greet would have to make their own arrangements for reaching the venue on the specified date of the Meet and Greet. No Winner shall be entitled to any reimbursement whatsoever form the Organizers in this regard. |

Wherever, a winner is required to be selected through draw due to tie, then the subscriber who has registered himself first will be considered and in the event there is a tie on registration timing then the same shall be resolved through a random draw. |

| 8. |
The Organizers reserve the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest and / or the Prizes for the Contest, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason. |

| 9. |
The Prize(s) shall not be transferable/redeemable for cash. The Organizers in this behalf shall entertain no request. |
| |
| 10. |
Employees of the Organizers and/or their associate and affiliate companies/ concerns will not be qualified for winning any prizes in the Contest. |

| 11. |
The Organizers reserve the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest and / or the prize for the Contest, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason. |

| 12. |
The Organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize/s after handing over the same to the Winner or his/ her assign(s). |

| 13. |
The Organizers shall not be responsible for the quality, fitness, merchantability, defect or deficiency etc. of the Prize/s and no claim or request, whatsoever, in this respect shall be entertained by the Organizers. |

| 14. |
The decision of the Organizers in connection with the Contest will be final & binding and is non-contestable. |
| |
| 15. |
The Organizers shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the Contest and grant of the prizes from any party whatsoever. |

| 16. |
Apart from the entitlement to the Prize/s and the “meet and greet”, the Winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against the Organizers. |

| 17. |
In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of the Organizers shall be final and binding on all concerned. |

| 18. |
The Contest shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone. |
| |
| 19. |
Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest. Acceptance of the Prize/s by the winner constitutes permission for Mauj, and its affiliates to click photographs of the Winners and use the Winner's name, photographs, likeness, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes of advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever. |
